Metatronia Therapy

Metatronia Therapy is a relatively new high vibrational form of energy healing which has been channelled to Tammy Majchrzak (www.metatronia therapy.com) by Archangel Metatron. I have recently started channelling Archangel Metatron and was guided to her website whilst looking for an Atlantean Reiki Master. I felt there was something that I needed to do but my gut feeling was that Atlantean Reiki wasnt really the right thing. I stumbled across Tammy's website and immediately connected with her energies and the energies of the new therapy she was offering.
Metatronia therapy is a form of energy healing working with Archangel Metatron which uses his healing energies, codings and sacred geometry. This high vibrational hands on healing modality is essential for the healing that needs to take place for us to be able to raise our consciousness as we move into the Age of Aquarius which promises to be a time of peace, love and compassion.For the world to be filled with peace, love and compassion we need to learn to love ourselves, and find our inner peace as well as look upon ourselves with compassion. To do this we need to connect with our soul, our very essence. We need to clear the old negative emotions, thoughts and behaviour patterns which no longer serve us on all levels (i.e. physical, mental and spiritual) so that we are living within a pure vessel (body) and are able to find our true selves and our life purpose.
Archangel Metatron asssist us to heal on all levels so that we raise our vibration and consciousness so that we are able to realign and reconnect with our spiritual side and with Source. This is the most important part of our spiritual growth as we are all spiritual beings having an earthly experience as part of our journey to enlightenment.
The healing works by Archangel Metatron connecting with us. He already knows what needs to be healed and is fully aware of the life we are currently in and the lives we have had previously. He is aware of our karmic debt and what needs to be healed on a cellular level.
This healing modality realigns your blueprint and repairs your DNA, RNA and auric field bringing us back to the optimum state of being. The healing goes to our very core, our true essence allowing us to feel at one with the universe, and connect with our soul. This in turn allows us to think more freely and openly and to function at our optimum level.
Although I have only recently been attuned to this therapy, I am very aware of the power of the healing vibration that Metatron provides. I have been working with Reiki as a Reiki Master Teacher for some years now and can honestly say that this healing vibration is far more powerful than Reiki.
Like Reiki it is a deeply relaxing therapy. It will uplift you, give you clarity and enable you to connect with yourself, your true essence so that you are able to see that we are all one and we are all one with the universe. It will catapult you on your ascension journey so that you awaken to the Divine and all that is.

Rescue work fire and brimstone!

I recently had an extremely interesting experience with my mentor. We had been asked to go to a ladies flat as she was having problems with taps turning on by themselves, things flying across the room and dark energy trying to attach itself to her. Although this lady is very spiritual the whole situation was frightening her. When we walked into the flat there was a wall of negativity adn I found myself telling my mentor that I was sensing witches.She felt that that the flats my have been built over a druidic sacred site or a witches coven.
We went into the master bedroom and were aware of the negativity being worse in their. We went into a deep meditative trance and both of us became aware of standing in the middle of a circle of 13 witches. We asked the angelic realm to surround the witches around the outside of the circle so that they were encased in light and then my mentor asked them to leave. They were having none of it and the next thing I knew my mentors guide came through her and demanded that they leave. He told them that he was stronger than the all of them and then we became aware of a circle of flames which the witches disappeared into. The energy in the flat has since changed and there have been no more problems with taps turning on or things flying around the flat.

Rescue work with the Archangels

As you know I have started doing rescue work with my mediumship mentor and tonight was the most amazing experience! I have recently been channelling Archangel Metatron and have been drawn to be attuned to Metatronia Therapy, which is working with the very high vibration of Archangel Metatron. We went to do some rescue work tonight for a Reiki student of mine. I knew before we went that the problem was more to do with energy than a lost soul and asked the Archangels to come with me. As I was driving over to pick my mentor up I kept seeing flashes of blue/violet light in my mirror which appeared to be coming from the headlights of the car behind....which I thought was very odd as when I looked directly at the lights they were the normal colour!

When we got to my students house we found a vortex of energy coming from ley lines. It went straight through the middle of the house and had drawn in a lot of anger and sadness from the surrounding houses. Interestingly we were told that alot of people's relationships had broken down over the years in that row of houses, including the relationship between my student and her partner. We went upstairs to the master bedroom and my mentor insisted on putting a piece of Amethyst between the mattress and the base of the bed at the centre of the foot of it. We could feel the vortex of energy swirling around and the next thing I knew my mentor asked AA’s Michael, Raphael, Uriel and Metatron to stand in each corner of the room to channel their energies through us. (I had already asked them to come with us as I knew that we needed their help). We wrapped the energy vortex in the violet flame (and then it dawned on me that I was being told by spirit this was what we were to do when I was driving to collect my mentor!) . We were channelling so much energy from the angels that our hands hurt! My mentor picked up that my student was emotionally, physically and spiritually drained so after we had sorted out the energy we put her on the sofa and my mentor asked me to use her master crystal to balance my student's chakras. As I started to do this I was aware of AA Metatron standing beside me. As I moved down the body I found myself drawing triangles and the infinity sign over each chakra. I then asked my student to visualise a pyramid surrounding her filled with white and gold light and to allow the light to transmute all the negativity within her and to let go of what she was holding onto as it no longer served her. As I finished the healing I drew a big triangle across the bottom of her feet with the other two sides meeting above her crown! I know from what I have read in preparation for my attunement that Metatron works with sacred geometry which is based around a triangle. It was truly amazing to have Metatron work with me like that and that was without yet being attuned to his healing energies. My student was aware of a big shift going on and looked much better when we had finished.
I feel sure my healing gifts are going to be increased a huge amount and that many people will be able to benefit from teh healing energies of Archangel Metatron. I feel very honoured and humbled to be able to do work like this.
Please remember that you should never attempt to do any rescue work alone or without the proper training and guidance from an experienced rescue worker.

Past Life Energy Healing- A Case Study

Catherine was a 55 year old lady who originally came to me for Reiki treatments. She was a single parent although her son was now grown up and had suffered with depression two years previously. She also suffered with mild asthma, pain in her right knee and in her neck and had menopausal symptoms. She told me that she was a worrier and spent her time worrying about a lot of things including her son and his girlfriend who both suffer with depression. Her mum was very controlling and demanding, constantly putting pressure on her and she felt guilty about the effect her mother had had on her son over the years.

Catherine’s sleep pattern was poor. She had difficulty getting to sleep and often woke in the night finding it difficult to get back to sleep. Her energy levels were poor and she often found herself falling asleep in the chair in the evenings.

She was in a relationship with a lovely man whom she had been with for six years but they had never moved in together because of the pressure Catherine’s mother put on her to stay close by.

After three Reiki treatments her sleep pattern had started to improve. With each Reiki treatment she would find herself sobbing through part of the treatment as there appeared to be a lot of deep sadness that she had held onto.

At the fourth Reiki treatment she told me that she had done a lot of thinking and looked at why she felt unworthy and unsupported. She explained that she had been married to an abusive husband who was very controlling and who told her that if she ever got pregnant he would make her have an abortion. She then told me that both her parents were controlling but her mum more so than her dad. They had taken her to an abortion clinic when she was pregnant with her son, (she was 30 at the time) as she was divorced and single, but she stood up to them and kept the baby. They then wanted her to have the baby adopted and Catherine felt this was because her parents saw her being pregnant and unmarried as being shameful. Her son’s father was also very controlling and she realised that she had no self-worth because of the relationships she had had with controlling men and because her parents were controlling. She also explained that her mother often sent out mixed messages and seemed to think that Catherine was responsible for her mother’s happiness. She also felt that her parents favoured her older brother.

We agreed that we needed to cut the energetic cords between Catherine and her parents to release the negative emotions, behaviour and thought patterns and that we should do some past life regression to see if her behaviour patterns were deep seated.

We did a further 4 sessions of Reiki and cut the ties between her and her parents; as a result of this she found that she changed the way she behaved and no longer allowed them to control her.

The following week we did a Past Life Regression and were taken back to 1819 where she was a young girl on the streets. Her close family were not around her and she felt very alone. There was a well-dressed man who would come and find her and give her money so that she could eat. It transpired through the regression that she was his daughter but because of the circumstances under which she had been born his family wouldn’t accept her. The man helped her to find work and she managed to improve her life. She passed over at the age of 37, not having had children although she had really wanted them.

At the end of the regression I asked her to reflect on the life and she told me that it was important to care for others and that we should all help each other. She said that there were kind people in the world who didn’t need to ‘shout’ about their kindness. She realised that there is always someone there for you and that good things do come. She realised too that it was ok to be sad and that it was also important to appreciate the beauty of the world surrounding you.

Catherine released a lot of deep sadness during her regression and realised that most of her current life had been spent on her own. She could also see why she had fought to keep her son. She didn’t want another life without children.

We went back to working with Reiki for the next two treatments and she told me that she had done some research which had confirmed what she saw during her regression so that she knew that she hadn’t imagined it.

She also told me that her partner had noticed that her self-confidence had improved and that she was now more accepting of compliments. She told me that she felt more secure in herself. She also realised that she wasn’t responsible for anyone’s happiness but her own and no longer felt guilty about her mum being unhappy. She had also noticed that her thought processes were much more positive and recognised that she needed to move the situation between herself and her partner forward. We then agreed to do a Past Life Energy Healing the following week to see what else we could heal from her past.

Future Life Progression (2 years into the future)

Catherine found herself in an office with a few other people. She wasn’t happy as it wasn’t what she wanted to do. She felt she was quite junior and unimportant which made her feel bad. She didn’t have very much work to do and felt scruffy compared to the other people around her.

When we reflected on that experience she said that she wanted to feel valued and to be able to better herself. She felt that she wasn’t capable of doing what the other people were doing so she didn’t feel a valued member of the office team.

Scanning Room

In the scanning room we found that Catherine’s Frequency was at 60% so she had the potential to lift her vibration by another 40%, her Energy was at 43% with the potential of raising it by 57%, her Karma was at 87% so there were 13% of Karmic imbalances to resolve and her soul was at 56% so 44% of her soul had fragmented.

I then asked Catherine which area she wanted to address first and she told me that she wanted to address her Energy.

I then asked Catherine to touch the word Energy on the scanning machine screen so that it would tell us which lives needed to be visited and what percentage gain by visiting and healing them there would be.

She told me that the three lives that were most important were 1614 where there was a 73% gain, 1873 where there was a 91% gain and 1411 where there was a a 54% gain.

We decided to regress her to 1873 as this life had the greatest percentage gain to raise her vibration.

Catherine found herself in what looked like a hospital and realised that she was a maid of some sort. There was a matron there who was very aloof and was telling her off for not working as hard as she wanted her to. She felt that the matron would hit her if she didn’t get on and do something and Catherine found herself feeling frightened and unhappy. She told me that matron was always telling her off and hit her even though she tried hard and did work. She was very tired as she had to be up early and often got called in the night to come and clean up after the sick patients. She didn’t know what it was like outside as she was always at the hospital working. She used to hide in the broom cupboard when she needed a break.

Catherine had no close family in this life. Her parents had died when she was very young and she had lived with her aunt until she was old enough to work.

We then went to the healing room and invited matron to join her. I asked Catherine to tell matron exactly how she had made her feel . She told matron that she had made her feel unwanted, downtrodden and unloved and that she didn’t understand why she had treated her so badly as she had always tried her best.

Matron then told Catherine that she didn’t realise what she was doing and that she didn’t know how to respond to people. Matron realised that she should have noticed how exhausted Catherine had been and got her some help. Catherine then told me that Matron was quite bitter but she realised why. She had been brought up by a very stern aunt who had not shown her any love and this was the only way she knew how to be. Matron then apologised to Catherine.

I then asked Catherine to forgive Matron as she was doing the best she could with the knowledge she had and asked her to ask Matron to return her energy. Catherine saw her energy as waves of light in a mist which she found she was able to soak up into her energy system.

We then went into her life in 1614. Here she was a young boy who was abused by his father who always came to his bedroom when it was dark.

We returned to the healing room and I asked Catherine to reflect on that life. She had learned to block things out and not to fight as fighting made things worse. I then asked her to ask her father from that life to join her there. I asked Catherine to tell her father how he had made her feel and ask him why he had abused her.

Her father told her that he loved his son and it was the only way he knew how to show him love as this was what his father had done to him. He thought it was normal and was upset because he didn’t realise the damage he had caused.

I then asked Catherine to forgive her father from that life and ask him to return her energy which she saw as a ball of light. She was able to soak the energy back up into her energy system.

We then returned to the Scanning Room and rescanned her energy. Catherine’s frequency had risen to 84%. Her energy had risen to 91%, her karma to 95% and her Soul to 72%.

Finally we revisited Catherine’s potential future. She found that she was wearing nice shoes and a smart suit and was standing outside a nice house. She realised that it was her house which she was sharing with her partner. She felt content, happy and surrounded by a feeling of comfort.

In this situation Catherine’s energy, karma and soul levels were all linked and by addressing these two lives she was able to raise her vibration by 31% as well as raise her energy levels, and understand her negative karma. When she retrieved her energy she was also retrieving some of her soul fragments.

The following week, Catherine returned for another Reiki treatment. She told me that hse had had a headache and sore throat after the Past Life Energy Healing but that these had quickly resolved. She also told me that her sleep pattern had improved again and that she felt more energetic. She also felt brighter in herself and had realised that she had connected with a lot of controlling people in her past lives and in her current and that she needed to stand up to these people. She also realised that she needed to be patient and trust the universe more. Catherine also realised that she needed to address her work situation as she is self- employed and needed more security. She also told me that she had started to talk to her partner about them moving in together and had every intention of making this happen whatever her parents thought or said.

Past Life Energy Healing

This is a new form of Past Life work which is designed to be used with those who are already on a spiritual path and wish to lift their vibration. As spiritual beings having a human life we are all made up of energy and there are many circumstances which may have occurred during our past lives which will have affected our vibrational rate.

There has been a lot of talk about 2012 and beyond, which I personally see as a new beginning for mankind where we will start to become more spiritually aware, loving and compassionate towards each other. This is most likely to be a gentle rising progression within the collective human consciousness which will bring more peace into the world. There has been a lot of speculation about what will happen during the years following 2012 but the work which seems to feel most likely to me is how Diana Cooper explains things in her book’ 2012 and beyond’.

Our three dimensional world has become very dense as the atoms in everything have become squashed ever more tightly together. Our own density has increased and we have become more and more out of tune with the spiritual realms and also with the spiritual side of ourselves.

Spiritual practices such as meditation and working with Reiki use positive energy to help us to reconnect with our spiritual side. We are in fact very wise beings with all the answers we need inside us but many of us do not know how to connect with that side of ourselves.

There are many factors which keep our vibrational frequency dense. Modern living and the stress it causes is one of the main players and the other is the amount of baggage we carry from past lives. By releasing repressed trauma from the past, retrieving soul fragments and understanding our karma we are able to raise our vibration to its full potential for this life. This is in turn brings about a positive mental attitude and when you interact with someone who is positive you feel uplifted and your own frequency increases.

Karma

We all carry the negative angry of karmic imbalances to one degree or another. Karma is the challenges that we experience in order to learn the lessons that we have come here to learn. Karma cannot be cleared easily as we have to have a balancing experience to enable that to happen. For example if we were an abuser in a past life then we may need to experience being abused in another life so that the karma is balanced, i.e. we experience both sides of the story. It would be a mammoth task to clear everyone of every bit of dense energy that they carry through karmic imbalances, however, by bringing the largest karmic imbalances to the conscious mind, i.e. those which are having the greatest impact on the current life, they may be understood and reconciled, which will then change our subconscious reaction to the challenges that we are faced with.

Soul Fragmentation

If we remember that we are all made of energy because we are spiritual beings having a human experience, it is feasible that a piece of our soul may be lost (or fragment). This usually happens when there has been a traumatic event charged with intense emotions, for example, if there has been a violent or untimely death, where we have lost someone unexpectedly that we loved intensely or where we are taken away from a place that we loved. People with a fragmented soul are unable to function as a whole being and lead their life in response to their missing part. Soul retrieval can have a profound effect on a person’s frequency.

Energy

Any loss within our energy system will bring our frequency down. We are in fact able to top our energy up by connecting with nature, for example by sitting against an old oak tree or taking a walk in beautiful woodland but unfortunately many of us do not have access to nature and so we find other ways of increasing our energy levels.

Instead we ‘steal’ our energy from others. Sometimes energy is given to another freely in the form of love and support but it may also be taken during a less agreeable interaction. Think about when you have had someone around you who is constantly moaning. They leave you feeling drained because they are taking your energy.

There are four main ways that energy may be stolen. Firstly by the bully, who makes you feel small and intimidated. Then we have the questioner, the person who asks lots of awkward questions leaving you squirming or stammering over the answers. Then we have the individuals who are aloof and hold your attention with vague comments which make you feel uneasy. Finally there are the sympathy seekers (or victims) who moan and groan, always feeling sorry for themselves and wanting you to feel their pain.

Whilst the above are the main energy stealers there are a couple of others. These are the guilt trippers who make you feel guilty when you actually have nothing to feel guilty about and those who enjoy disappointing people which they do by building up hopes and then letting them down at the last moment.

Therapy

Past Life Energy Healing assists us to establish which areas (i.e. soul, karma or energy) are depleting your energy system most so that healing work through regression may take place in order to lift your vibration.

You will be taken to a much deeper level of relaxation through hypnosis, than in Past Life Regression, so that you are bale to connect with yourself on an energetic level. You will be shown where the safe place is so that you are able to return to it at any point should you get lost, confused or feel uncomfortable with what is happening during the regression or when the healing is taking place.

The Scanning Room

You are then taken to the Scanning Room. Here there is a computer which scans your energy and will tell us what your vibrational frequency currently is as a percentage of your potential frequency. i.e. the potential vibrational frequency for everyone is 100% but you may actually be vibrating at just 43% of your potential.

The scanner is then able to tell us what your energy, karma and soul levels are. With energy we will be told how complete your energy field is currently so for example the reading might be 63% which means that your energy field is depleted by 37%. If you are a giver rather than a taker then your energy levels may be quite low.

With Karma the percentage shows the level you are being held at due to karmic blocks. So for example if the percentage next to karma is 55% then you have the potential to raise your frequency by 45% through addressing your karma and understanding how it is affecting you in your current life.

Finally the percentage by soul shows the percentage of the soul’s integrity. So if there is no soul fragmentation then the reading would be 100% but if the reading was 86% then 14% of the soul is missing.

Having identified the levels that your energy, karma and soul are at, you are then able to decide which you would like to address first. The scanner will then give us the dates of the lives that need to be explored in order to redress the balance.

You will then explore the most important past life so that you can understand the cause of your karmic imbalance, energy loss or soul fragmentation.

The Healing Room

Next you will be taken to the healing room so that you can understand the karmic imbalances and look at what you need to do in your current life to resolve them.

If you have chosen to increase your energy levels then in the healing room you will be given the opportunity to retrieve your energy. This may be done by sitting and having a conversation with the person who stole your energy and asking them to return it to you or by taking you back into the life as your present day self so that you can retrieve your energy.

For soul fragment retrieval you will be taken back into the life as your present day self so that you can retrieve your soul fragment.

There are other healing techniques which may be needed, such as cutting the energetic cords between you and another person or the situation or forgiveness may need to take place. You may need to have a conversation with the other person involved so that they understand how they made you feel, prior to offering them forgiveness.

Once healing has taken place you will then be taken back to the Scanning Room so that you can be ‘rescanned’. This will show you how much your vibration has lifted through using the healing techniques described above and how much your soul integrity and energy have increased and how much negative karma is still left. What I have found is that focussing on one area, i.e. soul, karma or energy also has an effect on the other two.

Future Life Progression

When doing a past life energy healing , I also offer the client the opportunity to take a look at their life 2 years into the future to see what they might be doing if they hadn’t chosen to lift their vibration at the beginning of the session. We then visit 2 years into the future to see how things have changed after completing the healing which then gives an indication of how things may progress with healing having taken place. When doing Future Life Progression you are only given possibilities of what might happen as a lot can change according to how you actually live your life in between. Whilst I believe that some experiences are ‘set in stone’, the majority of the time we have choices and our future depends on the choices we make. It can however, be very uplifting looking at the future pre and post past life energy healing as it shows you that you can change things just by healing yourself.

Rescue work...a first experience

I have always known that part of my work for spirit would be rescue work. I have been developing as a medium over the last 12 years and had realised that part of my developemnt was prparing me for this work. rescue work. Sometimes when there is a quick unexpected passing the soul who has passed doesnt realise what has happened and they can get stuck between this world and the next. I feel it is a great priviledge to be able to help these lost souls to move into the light and be taken home.
Rescue work is not something that should be undertaken without the proper training. It is important to not only be mentally and physically strong but also spiritually strong to do this work. You need to have had the proper training to do it so that you can deal with the unexpected and it is something that should never be undertaken alone.
An opportunity arose for me to have my first expereience of rescue work tonight and my mediumship mentor felt I was ready.
We had been told that there was a negative energy that could be felt in the hallway and the lounge and that there was something odd about the fireplace in the house we were to visit and that there was something upstairs as well.The lady had explained to us that she had never felt comfortable in the house and had been trying to sell it but with no success. She had also found out that there had been several others who had lived in the house who had expereinced relationship breakdowns as well as other unfortunate things happening to them. She too had experienced a relationship breakdown.
When we walked into the house we could feel immediately that something was wrong.
On questioning the lady we discoverred that she had two children one of which, a boy was 14 and therefore pubescent. Children in pubity are very open to spirit and may unwittingly draw things in. We chatted to the lad to discover that he had been seeing spirit for some time and that when he closed his eyes he could still see his room as if he was looking at it. It was apparent to us that his third eye was constantly wide open but my mentor felt it needed to be closed as he needed to lead his teenage years as any normal teenager would. We explained this to him and his mum and told them that later on when the time was right he could open his third eye again so that he could learn to use his gift properly. My mentor knew that we would need her quartz master crystal tonight and this was the first job that had to be done. My mentor closed his third eye and throat chakras so that he was no longer wide open to spirit.
We noticed a smell of urine in the lounge as if someone old hadnt been looking after themselves properly.
We then went into the quiet in the living room and became aware of a man who had passed suddenly and unexpectedly from a bleeding aneurysm in his brain. He had hit his head on the fireplace as he fell. His beautiful wife came to collect him but he was reluctant to go and I kept hearing him saying 'This is my home' My mentor calmly and firmly explained to him that he had passed and that his wife was there to collect him. With a bit of coaxing and cajouling managed to get him to take his wife's hands and put his foot on the first stair to the light so that the angels and his wife could then lead him to the light. She was his soul mate and he had missed her after she had passed unable to accept that she had gone. They had been very happy there together but after her passing he had been filled with pain and sorrow which could be felt in the house by the present occupants. The energy in the lounge changed immediately becoming lighter, warmer and more cosy.The room was blessed and then we went upstairs.
We realised that there was a layline running diagonally across the top floor from the small bedroom to the master bedroom and the vortex of it was by the bottom of the bed in the master bedroom. The lady of the house had experienced some horrible dreams which had only stopped after she had put a crucifix up in her room. I also sensed that there had been some pretty awful rows in that room as well.
I was given the task of clearing the vortex with the beautiful master crystal. I called in my Reiki and spirit guides and channelled light into the vortex with the energy of the crystal. The power of the energy channelling through me was amazing. I felt 7 foot tall when we had finished. We blessed each of the upstairs rooms asking that the house be peaceful and happy once more and that the owner could sell it quickly so that she could move forward in her life.
The change in the energy was amazing a new calm and peace surrounded us all.
This is an experience I will never forget and I know that there are many more yet to come. I feel very priviledged to have helped that lost soul to the light and know that the next incumbants of that house will live ther happily for many years.

Past life injuries may affect your current life

I have become aware on several occassions of weapons being in client's auras as energetic objects. When I have discussed the situation with the client I have been told on each occassion that they often suffer with pain in that area but no reason for that pain has ever been found. I have been able to remove the energetic objects using karmic reiki which has resulted in either a complete healing or a vast reduction in the pain in that area. I have a young client who has agreed that I can share her story with you. She is in her early 30's and tore a disc in her back and had problems with her right hip which dislocated causing her to collapse some months ago. She has had medical and chiropractic treatment which has given her some degree of relief. She came to me for Reiki to see if that would help things and over a period of time we have used both Usui and Karmic Reiki to help her. More recently she has been attuned to Usui Reiki so that she can work on herself.
We started doing some regression work to try and see if there was anything in her past lives that was causing her back problems and certainly in several lives she has been totally unsupported and in this life she feels that way too. (Lower back pain is usually connected with feeling unsupported on an emotional level as Louise Hay describes in her book You can Heal your life).
We were recently doing some healing work to understand why 2 characters in a life where she lived in a castle had been so horrible to her and to find out why she had been hanged so that the ties between the client and the characters could be cut thus releasing any negative emotions, thought or behaviour patterns that had been attached to her because of the way she had been treated.
As she sat on a bench outside the life in question she was approached by some cavemen who wanted to talk to her. We asked them to wait so that we could finish the healing work in the life we were dealing with and then she sat and chatted to them. It became apparent that she had been a man in that life and had been captured by these cave men as they wanted my client to help them get some food. My client was told that she had to go and kill an animal for them to eat or they would eat her. She didnt want to go as she had no weapon to kill an animal with. The men told her that because she didnt want to do what they had told her they shot her with an arrow. My client saw the arrow going into her right sacro-iliac joint which is where she has been having a lot of problems. She discovered that she escaped from these men but that the area had swollen up and been so painful that it had caused her to limp and only be able to move about very slowly.....much the same as in this life. The cavemen eventually caught up with her again but she couldnt escape as she couldnt walk very well. They then killed her.
It has become apparent to both myself and my client that her problem with her right hip is quite likely to be from this life and it is probable that something has happened in her current life which has triggered the past life memory of the injury. Her right hip was very painful after the regression which will be down to the fact that energy changes were taking place as healing was occurring. We plan to do some further work to heal this for her now that we know where the root cause of her pain comes from.
There is so much more to past life regression than just using it out of curiosity and when you combine regression with past life healing techniques and Reiki as well the energy system can be brought back into balance as well as the client gain an understanding of why they are experiencing what they are experiencing.
PAst life regression therapy shouldnt be underestimated and I will keep you posted with this ladies progress as we work together to heal her back and hip.

Things may not always be as they seem!

The more I work with past life regression the more I marvel at the power of it!
I recently regressed a lady who had come out of interest. We found ourselves back in the early 1900's with nothing specific coming forward so I moved her through the life until we came to a situation where she found herself swimming fully clothed in what she described as a dirty old swimming pool. A hand kept grabbing her and pulling her under. She established it was a mans hand and eventually managed to bite his wrist to make him let go of her. She managed to drag herself out of the pool and run home. She didnt tell anyone what had happened and always thought the man was trying to drown her.

I took her out of the life and sat her down on a bench with the man to find out why he was trying to drown her. He told her that he had fallen into the water on his bike (not sure how) and had got caught up in some grass/weeds. His leg had got caught under the water and he was bleeding heavily. He was actually wanting her to help him get out of the water and ended up dying. He told her that he would have died anyway even if she had managed to get him out as he was bleeding. I asked them to apologise to each other for the misunderstanding The client realised that she has carried the pattern of not disclosing any information about things that happen to her in this life too! She realised that this may not always be wise as you dont always know the bigger picture.
Past Life Regression can be used as a healing therapy and this incidence allowed the client to let go of the fear that was attached to her feeling that someone was trying to drown her as well as allowing her to reconcile what really happened with the man in question.
It also highlighted to her the pattern she had brought through to this life and has made her more aware that it isnt always wise to keep things to yourself.
HAd she told someone what had happened at the swimming pool in that past life the body of the man may have been found sooner even if his life couldnt have been saved.

Powerful energy shifts

It can be very frightening for a client when they experience a powerful energy shift during a healing. As the facilitator of healing it is important to stay calm when this happens to a client of yours. These powerful shifts may happen in different ways and you may only see them happen a handful of times. I have had 2 clients and a student experience really powerful energy shifts recently and as an experienced Reiki Master have been surprised at the intensity of the shifts in energy and symptoms being experienced. The first was with a lady who had been having treatments with me for a while.There was a lot of deep healing going on and hse was fine during the trratment but as soon as she got off the couch she started to shiver uncontrolably. This lasted for about 15 minutes after the treatment despite giving her a warm drink and wrapping her up in blankets. She told me that she felt a lot better the next day thn she had done for a long while.
At reiki share recently a student was receiving a treatment and suddenly became very claustrophobic and felt as if there was a lot of pressure on her. We stopped the treamtnet as it was too uncomfortable for her and left her until later in the evening. This time working in her aura. The pressure was not as bad but I decided to only give her a very short treatment. When I saw her the next day she was alot brighter than I had seen her for a while.
Today I was doing a treatment on a gentleman and found myself pulling out yards of black sticky negative energy from his crown chakra. As I moved further down his body he became quite restless which is unlike him. I felt I needed to spend some time on his feet and then turned him over. I was only working on his back for a few minutes before he told me that he felt peculiar....light headed, then dizzy and now nauseated. I went to his feet to help to ground the energies and also gave him some hematite to hold in each hand to assist with this. I then asked him to visualise roots growing from his feet and these negative energies travelling down them but he was feeling too frightened by what he was feeling to do this.
I decided to stop the treatment and added green aventurine to the crystals in his hands to help to calm him down. I reassured him that this was just a big energy shift taking place. Of course we are conditioned to think that if we feel dizzy and then nauseated that we are going to be violently sick and then ill for a day or so. When you are receiving Reiki , large amounts of positive energy being taken in can make you feel like this or shivery or claustrophobic as the other clients were. The energies will intergrate with their energies during the next few hours and it is wise to get them to rest, and drink plenty of water. I like to contact clients that experience dramatic energy shifts the next day to see how they are feeling. It is reassuring for them as well as for me. It is important to remember that Reiki is a positive energy which can do no harm so whilst a big shift like the ones described here can be frightening for your client, it is usually a sign that things are really on the move and they are about to turn a corner.

The Power of Reiki and Sound Therapy- even Dental caries can be healed!

I never fail to be amazed and humbled at the power of Reiki and other forms of alternative therapy. None more so than today!My last trip to the dentist was about a year ago around the time I was made redundant. I was told I needed a filling on the upper right and was even shown where it was needed on an xray. I was reluctant to return to the dentist for a variety of reasons and put it off and put it off as the tooth wasnt giving me any problems.Two weeks ago I chipped a tooth and realised that I had no choice but to go to the dentist. Over the last 3 or 4 months I had been aware on occassion when I was receiving Reiki that the energy seemed to be going to the tooth on the right hand side of my mouth. In the last 3 weeks nearly every time I was channelling Reiki or receiving Reiki I could feel the energy going to that tooth. Last weekend I had a gong bath and said to my friend afterwards that I felt a big shift going on in my mouth. I made an appointment at a new dentist and arrived there today expecting to be told I needed a filling on the top right. My mouth was xrayed and the dentist showed me the xrays....No sign of dental caries on the top right....not a bit! A big thank you from me went to the universe as I knew that the Reiki energy and sound therapy had healed my tooth!

Only Love is Real!

I was told in meditation recently "Only Love is Real" and found it a particularly pertinent message as I find myself dealing with one of the biggest challenges of my life. I have had to draw on my inner strength and knowledge to deal with the challenge in a loving way despite the fact that at times I have felt angry and frustrated with the whole situation. It is comforting to know that I am not the only one facing big challenges as it has become apparent that a lot of people are in this situation at the moment. Its as if there is a real 'clearout' going on of old negative behaviour and thought patterns which no longer serve us. I feel that this is a way of us developing not only as humans but as spiritual beings as well. So many people seem to have lost touch with their spirituality and many others work on a spiritual level but dont realise it.My own interpretation of spirituality is to have a greater understanding of yourself and who you really are as well as an understanding of your connection to the universe and everything and everyone within it.The meditation that I did really brought home to me that whatever happens the most important thing is to do and say everything with Unconditional Love. Of course its not just a specific situation or person that needs to be sent unconditional love. It is important to love yourself unconditionally too which will enable you to be more accepting of the outcomes of situations and yourself.

Often we fix our eyes on a specific outcome yet that may not be the best outcome for everyone concerned. Trusting that the Universe will provide the best outcome and going with the flow means that challenges become less challenging. I often picture challenges on my path as being boulders sittting in the way and that however big they may seem at the time, there is always a way round them. Being able to stay calm and centred makes these situations much easier to deal with and when you are able to accept that whatever decision you make at the time is the right decision even if you dont get the outcome you were hoping for, then there will be growth both as a human and a spiritual being. Beating yourself up because you feel you made the wrong decision or because you didnt get the outcome you wanted just causes damage to yourself esteem and can make progress along your path more testing!

Having used Meditation and worked with the Reiki energy for some years now I find it much easier to 'Go with the flow' and allow things to drop into place. Both Reiki and Meditation can help to release negative thoughts, emotions and behaviour patterns thereby offering fresh eyes to look at a situation with. as well as a calmer way of dealing with things. It has also become easier to find the positive in every situation and challenge that I am faced with which offers greater understanding as to why the situation has arisen.

Both Reiki and Meditation are tools to help you in your everyday life which anyone and everyone can learrn how to do. They wont stop stressful situations occurring but when incorporated into your daily routine they bring balance and harmony back into your life as well as peace, happiness and love. The focus for Reiki 1 is on learning to heal ourselves by bringing body mind and spirit back into balance and even at Master Teacher level the focus should still be on healing yourself first.Meditation equips us with a way of connecting with ourselves so that we can draw on the inner knowing and knowledge that we already have in order to go with the flow in a calm and centred way. The end result being a calmer way of life which is balanced and harmonious and filled with love, peace and happiness and a sense of health and wellbeing. Of course it is also important to remember that when our bodies are really stressed they become depleted of Vitamins B and C and so redressing the balance on a physical level as well is important. Do you consciously meditate when treating yourself with Reiki?

I have recently launched a 4 week Reiki meditation workshop to help my students to connect more strongly with the Reiki energy. I was questioned about this by a student who told me that she always meditates when she channells Reiki. To be honest I too always go into a meditative state when channelling Reiki but there is a difference between going into a meditative state and consciously meditating. When I do a Reiki treatment I find myself in a meditative state which allows me to intuit where my hands need to be and any information which will help the healing of the person I am channelling Reiki for. My focus is on channelling the Reiki energy.
When I do a Reiki meditation I just place my hands on my body wherever I feel they need to be and trust that the energy will go whereever it is needed. My focus is then taken to connecting more deeply with the energy, the symbols and or my Reiki Guides. What I have found is that I have a stronger connection with my Guides by doing Reiki meditation which allows me to intuit more information to help facilitate my clients healing. I have also found that I am a clearer channell for the energy and it is therefore channelled more powerfully. I have also found that I have a better understanding and stronger connection with the Reiki symbols which means that I find myself using them more intuitively.
Doing Reiki meditation also enables me to both treat myself and do meditation regularly and reduces the amount of time I need to put aside for myself . I have heard many students say they dont have time to meditate and do a Reiki treatment and I know with my own busy lifestyle doing them separately can be difficult. Interestingly one student on my course recently told me that after doing a reiki Meditation with the symbols she could feel how more connected she now is with the both the energy and the symbols.

Vitamin D deficiency becoming an epidemic!

I attended a workshop on Vitamin D recently and was amazed to find that it is a more crucial vitamin than we realise. When we think of having a Vitamin D deficiency we think of people with rickets. Rickets is where there is softening of the bones which may potentially lead to fractures and deformities such as bow legs due to a lack of Vitamin D but what I discovered is that Vitamin D is not only needed for bone repair and growth but is key in supporting our immune system. It has also been found that people with depression, PMT, vague muscle aches and pains, and some cancers have Vitamin D deficiency. Research has also found that it is very important for pregnant and nursing mums to have an adequate Vitamin D intake as if their babies dont get enough Vitamin D they are more likely to develop Type 1 Diabetes (which is where they will need to inject insulin). People with vitamin D deficiency are also more likely to develop cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure and diseases such as multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis and systemic lupus, erythematosus to name but a few. We normally synthesise most of our Vitamin D from sunlight on the skin. (there are very few foods that naturally contain Vitamin D). Deficiency in Vitamin D is now reaching epidemic levels in Europe...which is really quite worrying as it had been thought to be almost eradicated. Part of the problem with Vitamin D deficiency is that we dont get enough sun and when we do we put sunblock on which has been shown to inhibit Vitamin D synthesis by 95% with only SPF 8. If we dont use sunblock we get in the shower and wash all the Vitamin D off our skin before our body has had a chance to absorb it and store it. With the research that was presented at the workshop it became apparent to me that we all need to supplement our diets with Vitamin D throughout the year not just in the winter months. People found to have a Vitamin D deficiency are often advised to take Vitamin D2 but it is not absorbed that well by the body and is not completely natural. Reiki with colour

I have used colour with Reiki to enhance the energy that I am healing on several occasions but my most recent experience has been the most profound.

I have a set of Orgone chakra colour pads which I purchased some time ago. Orgone was discovered by Wilhelm Reich which he describes as the creative force in nature. Orgone energy was first discovered in the human body and was then later discovered to be in a free form in the atmosphere. Reich saw it as the Universal Life force. He believed that psychological wellness was dependent on an unihibited flow of this energy. He developed 'orgone accumulators' which supposedly charged the body with Orgone energy from the atmosphere. His devices were distributed to enhance the feeling of health and well being. The US Federation of Food and Drug Administration (FDA) brought out an injunction against Reich claiming that he was making false claims. Reich was jailed and his work destroyed!

So how these colour pads have Orgone energy in I am not sure although they like anything else in the world will contain the universal life force energy! What's more important is how they work when channelling Reiki. When I first tried using these colour pads I was not really aware of any difference in channelling Reiki through them to channelling Reiki without them. However at my last Reiki share I decided to get them out for us to use as a tool to enhance the Reiki energy.

We first scanned the body of the recipient and then placed the colour pads colour side towards the body in areas where we felt there may be blockages. Interestingly the colour pads were placed with the appropriate colours to chakras on each person except me! For some reason the other people present felt that I needed purple on my heart chakra.Unfortunatley I cant remember what else was used and where but I was very aware of this purple coloured pad on me. It felt quite heavy on my heart chakra but when Reiki was channelled through it I could feel some big shifts of energy going on.

When I was channelling Reiki through the pads we had placed on the other people present I was aware of how much stronger the flow of energy was and how much more direct it seemed to be to the area in question.

It has renewed my interest in using these pads again and I will be experimenting a bit more with them.

Each colour has its own energy vibration and it doesnt matter what you use. It may be coloured scarves or coloured blankets. Whats important is the intention behind using them. The intention being to heal the person receiving the energy if it be for their highest good.

I believe that Reiki is constantly evolving because we are evolving and that there are many other tools we can use to enhance the effects of working with the Reiki energy.

It is a matter of trial and error to decide what works best for you and what gives you the best results with yourself and your clients.

Using colour is just another tool!

Reiki in Pregnancy

Reiki is a great way to help pregnant women to relax and if used regularly will help them to adjust and be ready for the impending life changes that a new baby brings.

It may be used at any stage during pregnancy as it can do no harm and I like to Reiki pregnant women on their side especially once they get towards the end of the second trimester. This is so that they are not putting pressure on their major blood vessels from the weight of the baby as it will cause them to drop their blood pressure and possibly feel very dizzy.

Another reason for Reiking a pregnant lady on her side is that you can get to both sides of each chakra without having to turn them over!

I Reikied a lady who is 5 months pregnant the other day. She told me that when I started the baby became very active but as I put my hands over her solar plexus chakra and then her sacral chakra the baby settled.

As I am very intuitive the lady asked me if I could tell her anything about her baby...I said that I would try but couldnt promise anything!

I picked up that she was carrying a girl and that she would have blonde wavy hair. I also picked up that this baby has a very gentle soul but will be a bit mischievious in a nice way. I felt that she would have a very close relationship with her parents and that she would be a very happy baby............We can only wait and see if I am right although mum confirmed that she is carrying a girl!

As her mum is Reiki attuned I suggested to her that she continues to Reiki herself throughout the rest of the pregnancy and use Reiki on her little one once she makes her appearance in the world.

Babys love Reiki probably because they are open to anything and everything and maybe because they are completely open to unconditional love and to me thats what Reiki is.

Feeling energy move!

I had a couple of interesting experiences last weekend with a Reiki 1 student where both of us on different occassions experienced energy moving.

After his attunement, my student whom I shall call John, and I did a self treatment. During that self treatment John was amazed to feel energy flowing out of his feet. He told me that it felt as if his feet were opening and closing and that each time his feet opened he felt as if energy was flowing out. My explanation for this was that his feet chakras were opening to allow the negative energy to be released and then they were closing to allow the Reiki energy to fill the vacuum which had been created. He noticed how much more energised he felt after the treatment.

Then whilst he was treating me I had an interesting experience. I was aware a few weeks ago that the right side of my energy field was blocked and the energy wasnt flowing along that side of me freely. On this occassion when John got to my feet I suddenly felt a huge shift and could feel energy moving up my right side into a tooth! Whilst I have before experienced energy moving to me knees when someone has been Reikiing my head I have never experienced anything quite like this!

In all the years I have worked with the Reiki energy I still never fail to be amazed at the way it works and what you can actually feel happening as you become more and more sensitive to it!

Menopausal symptoms...an easy natural treatment!

I was talking to another friend of mine who has a client suffering with menopausal symptoms. The hot flushes can be extremely uncomfortable as I have been finding out myself recently. This lady was prescribed Fluoxetine more commonly known as Prozac by her GP.

My friend and I were horrified at this as all it takes to redress the balance is drinking 2 litres of water a day! Yes that's right drinking 2 litres of water a day on top of any other drinks that you normally have will reduce menopausal symptoms. The cynic in me sees the drug companies making yet more money by suggesting that this should be a treatment for menopausal symptoms!

The other side of me sees how sad it is that the medical profession no longer look for the cause of the problem.

There are many natural products that can help with menopausal symptoms as well which in my opinion are a far better way of dealing with these issues than taking something such as Prozac.

As a Reiki Master I always look to find the root cause of the problem when someone comes to me for treatments and Reiki always goes to the root problem. Soetimes the answers are not emotional but on a physical level...such as drinking 2 litres of water a day. This is why I am now able to offer my clients a lifestyle assessment and a range of products from Nature's Sunshine. This way I can help them to redress the balance on all levels so that body mind and soul continually work at optimum levels.

It's no good having a top of the range car if you dont put the right petrol in it! Equally our bodies are meant to be healthy and it is all very well sorting out the mental and emotional issues but we need to have them running on the right fuel as well!

Is the world filling itself with mad people or are they opening up their intuitive skills?

I was talking to a friend today who was telling me about her daughter whom I shall call Jessica. It has just come to light that Jessica has been seeing and hearing things over the last 18 months and went to the doctors because she thought she was going mad! The doctor put her on some tablets but they didnt work so he put her on some more tablets and they didnt seem to work either!

On discussion today Jessicas mum realised that Jessica is developing mediumship skills but neither the doctor nor Jessica had realised this.

Following on from my discussion about Depression it makes me wonder just how many people are diagnosed and treatment for mental health issues which are actually just their intuitive skills developing. Unfortunately doctor's are trained to treat symptoms and in my opinion are often too quick to write a prescription!

What Jessica needs is reassurance that she is not going mad and that everyone has this ability which may lay dormant for many years before coming apparent. She also needs to be taught how to 'tune' in and 'tune' out of these skills so that she is in control of when it is appropriate for her to use them.

With the energy changes that are going on in the world in preparation for 2012 it makes me wonder just how many more people will not understand what is happening to them and will be wrongly diagnosed as having a mental health issue. Before we know it we will have a world full of people with 'mental health issues!'

Somehow we need to build awareness so that people understand that this a natural part of their spiritual growth!

Depression...what causes it and can it be cured?

When I suffered with depression some 10 years ago I went to see my GP who told me that depression was suppressed anger. He was reasonably enlightened as he told me that taking antidepressants would relieve the symptoms but would not resolve the issues for me. I took the tablets for 4 months but the side effects were worse than feeling depressed! I ended up having psychotherapy and counselling for quite some time but I personally believe that the issues didnt really start to go until I started to use Reiki regularly.

I have recently read the book Past Life Angels by Jenny Smedley and her words really struck a chord with me and I quote:

"Most people are looking for the answer to the same question....Why am I here? The majority of letters I get are from people suffering either from depression, or phobias or panic attacks, for which they can find no reason.. The people suffering with depression are desperately searching for an elusive something they cant define, a reason for being. They believe there is something vital that they should be doing, but can't find it.
These people are rushing through their lives looking for something to fill the void they feel inside.......Its a classic symptom of body, mind and soul drifting apart."

I developed depression after the breakdown of a relationship that was very important to me. The other person was weak and not prepared to deal with the issues he was faced with in order to have a relationship with me. He was too worried about what others would think. Having experienced some Past life Regressions myself I discovered that this person had had relationships with me several times in several lives and each time he wouldnt deal with the issues he was confronted with so that we could be together. I now have a better understanding of why I reacted the way I did to the situation. I also now realise that the real issue I was experiencing was about being loved and able to love. Brian Weiss' book 'Only Love is real ' hits the nail on the head.
It is only when we go deep inside and experience unconditional love and start to love ourselves that we can truly love anyone else. Love is within each and every one of us and we are surrounded by unconditional love. When we become disconnected from that love we may experience all kinds of physical and mental symptoms including depression.
Once we learn to look inside for the anwers we can start to find out the reasons for us being here and can then start to deal with the issues around us so that we can move forward.

I would like to suggest that suffering with depression is actually us becoming disconnected with our higher selves, unconditional love and all that is, which may be attributed to something in this life or it may be a build up of things over many hundreds of years.

It makes me wonder how many people treated for "mental illness" are simply just disconnected and need guidance and reassurance in finding who they really are and what love really is.....I often wonder how many of these people would be able to lead a life without drugs if they were able to access such help and understanding!

Reiki Mentorship

It is my belief that we need as many Reiki Practitioners and Reiki Master Teachers out in the world as possible. With the shifts in energy that are taking place and the knowledge about the conspiracys that go on where health care is concerned becoming more easily accessible to people, more and more people are looking for alternative ways to heal themselves!

I do believe that medical treatment has it's place but it is also important to get to the root cause of what is causing the dis-ease in the first place! Our bodies are built to survive and dis-ease is telling us that something is wrong and in the majority of cases their is an emotional issue that is the root cause of the problem.

I believe that there is no need for any healer to feel threatened by another healer as the people each one of us can help will be drawn to us and it is therefore important as the world starts to wake up that there are as many healers available to help as possible.

With this in mind and with the fact that some of my students who have done Reiki 2 and are looking to become practitioners have mentioned that they feel they need a bit more support as they take the next steps, I have decided to put a Reiki Mentorship Programme together.

Interestingly out in Japan Reiki is still taught as more of an apprenticeship and this is the approach that I have now decided to take.

My main objective is to ensure that all Reiki Pratitioners that cross my path (whether I have taught them or not) have the opportunity to develop and practice their skills so that they feel competant and confident in what they are doing.

The programme will cover a 6 month period and will include Reiki meditation to help them to connect more powerfully to the Reiki energy, symbols and their Reiki Guides, a Reiki with Crystals course to help them to see how using crystals can enhance their Reiki practice, a Communication workshop to enhance their communication skills and a Business Management workshop to help them to ensure that they run their business within the law. I will also support students in treatments as well so that we can learn from each other.

I realise that not every Reiki practitioner will want to treat Joe Public so it is an optional extra for those who wish to make healing their way of life.

I am very excited at the prospect of running this programme as I am sure it will enable people who feel a bit overwhelmed with what's entailed with treating others to have all the tools they need to get started.

Reiki with drumming!

At my last Reiki share we decided to experiment using a drum prior to channelling Reiki. For myself this was a very profound experience! From the way the drum was vibrating it was obvious that there was still a big blockage along the right hand side of my energy system (I had been made aware of this in a treatment I had had earlier in the week with my own Reiki Master and knew I had some work to do!)

As Sam and Deirdre started channelling Reiki and I could feel my feet getting hotter and hotter to the point of feeling as if I was putting my feet into a bath that was too hot! I then felt that heat working it's way up my right leg into my pelvic area and was very aware of blockages starting to shift! Apparently Deirdre who was working on my feet felt as if I was levitating! I wasnt aware of this but then I wasn't wholly aware of my body!

Interestingly after the treatment the drum was used again and it was very apparent that there had been some major shifts and that my energy system was more balanced!

Whilst I do not wish to take away anything from those people offering Reiki drumming courses, there is no reason why you cannot use a drum to help shift negative energy blocks. Your intuition will guide you and it can be as useful as scanning the body prior to a treatment. The drum is a very powerful tool and I have experienced it's healing properties in other situations.
It certainly helped to shift blockages in my energy system and the others who attended that Reiki share as well.

Rescue Work

Sometimes when people pass over quickly or unexpectedly they can get stuck between the earth and spirtual planes, so they think they are still alive!

There may be all sorts of unexplined things happening when this happens as they try to get the attention of someone on the earth plane.

In my last Reiki share, one of my students was meditating with a stone which I had picked up of the beach when I was on holiday. I had throughly cleansed it but during meditation she became aware of a dark face . She then felt as if someone was pacing up and down in the room. I connected in and became aware of an elderly man in a raincoat who seemed very stressed, not knowing which way to go. My student felt as if his energy was somehow attached to her energy so we used a singing bowl to clear the energy and I asked her to say the Lord's prayer several times whilst I was clearing the energy. (This is a little trick I learnt many years ago to use when you feel as if a negative energy is around you) I then asked the angels to come and collect this gentleman for us and asked him to go to the light. He quickly went and we found that his energy had cleared from the room.

Rescue work is not something that should be taken light heartedly as you can never be sure of who you are dealing with. If in any doubt always ask someone that you know has dealt with a situation like this before to help you.

Past Lives can be confirmed

I recently did a Past Life Regression with a lady whom I shall call Philippa who was curious about the lives she had led. She went into a life in the fifteenth century. She found herself as a man wearing brown shoes with her big toe poking out, green leggings, a tunic with a rope tied around his middle and some kind of hat on his head. He was quite old and had one tooth. When I questioned Philippa as to where she was she said she was in Romania. Philippa felt she was working for the King She found herself in a big open plan room which was all stone. She felt as if she was in a castle with a moat around the hill the castle was on.
Next Philippa saw herself looking into a room where the King was in hurry and was surrounded by lots of people.At this point she felt as if she was outside the castle looking in. She then felt as if she was going further down and then felt as if she was underground. It felt like a tunnel she was in. She found herself outside a room which was full of officials, people that were better dressed than she was. Philippa felt she was earwigging the conversation of this group of people and that they were plotting to kill the king.
Philippa then found herself inanother room in the castle, in a tower where she was being asked to sign a book, but she didnt know what she was signing as she couldnt read. She flet as if she was being imprisoned but she wasnt being badly treated.
She no longer had the hat on her head and found she had a bald area on the top of her head and long white hair around the sides and back of her head. She kept looking at the book she had to sign.
She felt that she was being imprisoned because the King thought she had been in on the plot to kill him. She was then told that her wife had died and she felt the grief in her chest. She looked out of the window nad wanted to jump out but there were spikes at the bottom. She wouldnt eat and had become really thin.She then said that she thought they had hung her. She felt this had happened because they were bored of her and because she wouldnt give them any information. they had wanted the names of the people involved. The Kings people were saying that she must have been in on the plotting as she wouldnt give any information.

There were some things for her to learn from this life and we felt that she must have been the court jester. I suggested that she look up the information on the web to see if she could find anything about the castle in Romania.

I received an email the same day telling me to look at Poienari Fortress. The picture of the fortress shows it on the top of the hill. She told me that the picture was exactly how she had seen the castle/fortress when I regressed her. There was also a secret tunnel under the fortress and the Turks had plotted in 1456 to kill the King!

This is confirmation that Philippa did live this life and that we do have many lives.

An amazing experience when working with high vibration beings

As you know I use the 'Cutting the ties' technique to enhance my Reiki practice. This technique is useful where there are negative emotions or behaviour patterns still attatched to a person or situation that need to be cut away in order for healing to take place effectively. I have always been aware of the Archangels and St Germaines powerful energy when they have come in to assist with this. I have been able to sense their prescence. More recently I have been able to see their energy vibrating at a very high rate, but the experience I want to share was the most amazing I have ever seen!
I recently helped a client to cut the ties between herself and an old boyfriend and called in Archangel Michael to cut those ties for her. Not only did I see his energy vibrating but I saw the blue ray that he comes in on. With Archangel Raphael I saw the green ray as well as his energy and with St Germain I saw the Violet Flame surrounding my client. I work very intuitively and waited until I felt each Archangel had finished their work until I asked for the next to come in and of course then St Germaine. I then saw all the negativity lifting away from her body. The energy appeared to be quite dark and dense close to the body but as it lifted above it , it became lighter and I could see that it was vibrating at a faster rate. I can only assume (not that I should) that what I was witnessing was the negativity being transmuted to positive energy. To me this was very powerful as it was proof (not that I needed it as I have seen the results through behaviour changes with clients on many occassions) that these ties really are cut and that the energy is transmuted to positive energy. It has also shown me how much my clairvoyance skills have developed over a relatively short period of time. As a Clairsentient, sensing things and spirit is my strongest sense but now I appear to be getting over my fear of seeing and am being shown how powerful a technique this is as well as sensing it.
I feel that working with the Archangels and Ascended Masters is a great honour and am delighted that they are now allowing me to see them as well as sense their presence! As you start to work with them too you will be able to experience the phenomanal healing power that they offer and it will aslo enhance your own Reiki practice.

The Power of Reiki Share

I have run Reiki Shares ever since I became a Reiki Master but I have recently found that the whole experience has become very powerful. I feel it is partly to do with me having let go of a lot of fears and negativity I was holding and also partly due to the lovely energies I am drawing in who wish to be involved in Reiki Share. The energies in my healing room are lovely and add to the total experience. Tonights Reiki Share was very powerful and the group have agreed that I can share experiences.
For those of you new to Reiki Share here is a quick explanation of what happens at mine.
We are all Reiki attuned to all different levels and use the time to share experiences with Reiki and ask for advice or help. I like to start off with an Oracle card each....they are usually very poignient and tonight was no exception Next we share a meditation before then moving on to share Reiki. Tonights meditation was channelled through me by my guides and was very powerful as we were filling ourselves with pink light and unconditional love which we then sent to each other and to the universe.

As there were 7 of us tonight we each had about 10 minutes of Reiki. Less time is needed with so many people channelling the energy and in fact if you were to have a full treatment (uually 40 minutes) with 6 people channelling the energy it would be like having 36 treatments in one hit......that's a heck of a lot of Reiki!
There were seven of us Mandy, Davina, Bethany, Nicky,Toni, Sam, and me.

During our discussion about Reiki, it transpired that Sam's father's insomnia had been resolved with Reiki and an amethyst crystal. The amethyst had been placed under Sam's fathers pillow after Reiki had been channelled and he had had the best nights sleep for ages.....without any medication.

Davina was the first person to receive Reiki and as we were channelling the energy I was able to see Nicky's aura....It was a beautiful yellow to her right and a blue/turquoise over her head. When we had finished treating Davina she asked who was over her knees. Bethany said that she was and that purple light had come in from somewhere to her left and gone straight into Davinas left knee. She then felt the knee click. Davina was aware of the knee clicking too and when she stood up, could feel how much looser the joint was.

We channelled Reiki to Toni next. This was amazing as several of us picked up a past life. I saw her as a little girl in a raggedy dress with nothing on her feet. I felt that she was in another country and that she had a lot of responsibility from a very young age. I also picked up a lot of pain in the heart chakra when my hands were on the back of the head. Sam picked up the same little girl but saw her with a wheel barrow and was worried about her as it seemed to be very cold where she was. Sam picked up the pain in the heart chakra as well. Bethany picked up a horse and a fence Davina saw lots of snow. As we discussed it afterwards we agreed that we felt it was all the same life and that Toni had experienced something in that life that had caused a lot of pain and needed to be released.

Bethany was next to receive and she told me afterwards that she almost felt suffocated by my hands being over her solar plexus....I was aware of a big block of negative energy that needed to be shifted. Her whole body took lots of energy.

Mandy received next and afterwards said that she felt as if she was weightless and could have floated off! When Bethany was over MAndy's throat chakra she saw Mandy as a soldier in a previous life with a sword in one hand and the other arm had gangrene in it. Both Toni and DAvina picked up something about beaches and it transpired that MAndy had received a holiday brochure that day and had been looking through it at all the holiday resorts.

We then channelled the energy to Nicky. I found myself channeling Celtic Reiki (which comes up through the feet rather than down through the crown) and drawn to the root chakra. There was a huge negative block there needing to be shifted and I was told to tell her to focus on what she wanted not what she didnt want! (a lesson to us all!) Bethany saw her standing on turquoise stones (I feel for protection) and was aware of angels being around- Several others were aware of the angels too and Nicky said that she had asked for their help.

I was the next to receive Reiki and Bethany told me that she saw grass, a stream and 8 purple diamonds floating in the water. She said it was very calm and peaceful.
Last but by no means least was Sam. Whilst I was working over Sams sacral chakra. I saw lots of big ears and was told that Sam wasnt listening. I was also told to remind Sam about the book that needs to be written! There were 3 Angels present this time one at Sam's head and 2 by Sams feet. Bethany also told Sam to visualie himself as being very small next time he treats his sister so that he can cut the negativity away.....Sam said that he had been wondering if this was possible and had been thinking about doing it.

As you can see some very powerful experiences. We finished the evening by linking hands to say thank you for the powerful evening that we had all experienced.

My Reiki Shares are fortnightly and I am finding that different people are coming at different times but new friendships are being forged as we all experience the wonder and power of Reiki. Truly amazing!

Reiki for situations

Reiki may be used for any situation and will always work for the highest good of all concerned. As I have explained in my blog on Reiki for childrenI have been sending Reiki out to try and resolve a situation between my daughter and her father. On the day that we chose to go and confront him on his doorstep, we were sent away by his wife and told he wasnt there, but I knew intuitively that he was there. We sat in the car near his house waiting and I reikied both myself and my daughter to help us to stay calm with the situation we had been presented with. I also had some lovely friends helping us who had also been sending Reiki out to the situation and contacted them and asked them if they would send out some more Reiki at that moment in time. I noticed the curtains twitch at the house and was aware that it had been noted that we were still there and obviously werent going to move until we had been seen.After about half an hour her father appeared and took us down to the local park to talk to us where he agreed to have contact with my daughter. Alot of emotion was brought to the surface both for me and Alice my daughter. It felt like a real release to me of all the anger and bitterness I had stored for the way I had been treated by him some 15 years previously.
I continued to send Reiki out to the situation and the next thing was a phone call from him saying things were happeneing too fast and that he wanted to protect his children from his current marriage and therefore wasnt going to tell them they have brothers and sisters at this point in time. He wanted letter contact only.
It took him another 2 weeks to write and then the blow for my daughter came....he had decided that he didnt want contact, as we have our life and he has his and it was causing too much stress in his household.Alice has taken this as quite a blow and I was very angry with him for causing her yet more pain. However, i know that the Reiki energy always works for the highest good so at this point in time this is what needs to happen for the highest good of all concerned.
It is hard when we dont get the outcome that we want or think is right but there is always something better around the corner for us.
Whilst my first reaction was to tell him what I think ( and I would be very blunt!) I know that this isnt the right way to deal with this. It is time to deal with the emotions that are lifting and heal the situation and send love out to her father. The only way things will change is if love is sent out rather than negative emotion. I feel sure that when the time is right the situation will turn around and Alice will be able to have contact with her father but I also know that it will then be her choice as to whether she wants to persue this contact.

Sometimes we have some hard lessons to learn and for Alice it is that she is not a bad person, that there is nothing wrong with her and that she has all the people around her that love her very much already. She needs to realise that the issues lie with her father and for things to change he needs to see things in a different light which he may or may not do in this lifetime. I also know that when he passes over he will have to experience the pain he has caused Alice as part of his life review and will therefore need to put things right in the next life. It's difficult to explain this to a 15 year old who pushes her spiritual side away (as most teenagers do) . What's important is that I guide her towards healing the pain that has been caused so that it no longer affects her in this life. She is a wonderful young lady with a lot to offer the world and doesnt need the approval of her biological father for anything she does or says and in my opinion it is his loss.
Everything has a habit of coming out eventually and his children from his current marriage will eventually discover that they have older siblings. I know this is likely to cause a lot of pain, resentment and anger on their part towards their parents but there is nothing I can do about it. Its for Alice's father to deal with when the time comes.
My priority is my daughter and helping her to lead a happy, fulfilled life without the support or approval of her father.

The importance of choosing the right Reiki Practitioner

I recently had a conversation with a client who was telling me about a friend who had been going for Reiki but felt it wasnt working despite the fact she wanted to heal. Apparently this lady was going to a male practitioner and although he was working in her aura she felt she couldnt relax properly.I asked if she was able to tell me what his healing room was like and she said she had seen it.It wa a small box room which was quite dark and cluttered. I could see instantly why the Reiki energy wasnt helping this lady....She was blocking it .
I felt there were two reasons for this. Firstly she didnt feel comfortable with the practitioner. I picked up that he was giving something off in his aura which she felt uncomfortable with. The second thing was the room.
The size of the room that you use doesnt matter but when you are working with energy the energy of the room is very important. If a room is cluttered then to me it signifies that the person is cluttered with 'stuff' that needs to be dealt with. The energy of any healing room needs to be full of love, light and warmth. To get this sort of atmosphere takes some work. Regular cleansing is important as when you are working with people with issues there is a lot of negative energy around which needs to be cleared regularly. I often smudge my room with white sage or will use sound in the form of tingshaws or a singing bowl to clear the energy. I use sound after every client so that there is nothing hanging around that someonelse can pick up. Negativity feeds on negativity so if you havent cleared the previous clients 'stuff' then the next one is likely to pick it up and so are you.
Equally you need to clear your own energy so that you havent soaked up any negativity yourself as this will affet your aura and the vibes that you give off to clients. I again use sound or will do a meditation using the violet flame or a short Reiki treatment to ensure that I have cleared my energy between clients.

When I moved into my new healing room and had thoroughly cleansed it, redecorated it and filled it with crystals a friend of mine commented that she felt that it was a happy room that was laughing with us! Perfect! Thats exactly what you need as the energy of the room will then work with you rather than against you.

So when you choose a Reiki Practitioner talk to them on the phone and see if you connect. If after you have had a treatment with them you dont feel comfortable or you dont like the energy of the room find someone else!

When you go house hunting you wouldnt choose a house that you didnt feel comfortable in so dont short change yourself with your Reiki Practitioner. It's vitally important to your healing for you to feel comfortable with the Practitioner and the room they work in.

Reiki for Children

I have been asked on a few occassions if it is ok to give children Reiki and of course the answer is YES! Reiki can do no harm and will always have a positive effect whether it is used on a baby, a child or a teenager. As we bring negative behaviour patterns, emotions and thoughts through from past lives they can affect us during childhood. Also circumstances during childhood may profoundly affect a child's behaviour and this can be changed using Reiki.

I hve treated some 7 year old twins recently. They are both very different characters with very different issues but what I found interesting was that their issues stemmed from past lives. Making their mother aware of why they behave the way they do has enabled her to understand them and help them in their current life.

I have also recently been treating a young baby who has separation issues from his mother. As soon as I started the first Reiki treatment I was able to pick up that this was a past life issue where he had been abandoned in a previous life. After just one treatment there was a marked improvement in his behaviour.

Closer to home, my teenage daughter has anger issues which stem from being rejected by her father. She finally agreed to have some Reiki recently which has brought her issues with her father to a head. She is a very brave young lady and is determined to meet him and find the answers to her questions about why he has never taken an interest in her and her brother. Her behaviour has worsened with the Reiki but I know that this is a temporary state and is part of her healing. Where she was willing to wait until she was a lot older to find him and confront him, she is now determined that this is going to be done this summer!

From my perspective it is far better that she confronts this head on now than leaves the anger and resentment locked away and festering until she is older. Whilst it is tough experiencing the emotions that are being lifted to the surface, it will be worth it in the end. Reiki is being sent out to the place and date that we are planning to confront him on his doorstep and I know that whatever happens will be for the highest good of all concerned.

It is my belief that the earlier children experience the Reiki energy the better. Past life issues can be healed and are less likely to profoundly affect the current life. Children like having Reiki. It makes them feel warm and loved and is very relaxing for them. When they areyoun they only need twenty minutes to half an hour of the energy each time. When you are treating your own child it is a lovely opportunity to give your child a cuddle whilst giving them Reiki. My daughter likes to have Reiki when she is cuddling me and as cuddles are much rarer now that she is in her mid teens I snap up the opportunity whenever I can!

Children can be attuned to Reiki although my own preference would be to leave it until they are able to understand what they are doing and why.

Reiki really is for everyone!

We are all energy and all connected to everything!

I am currently developing my Mediumship skills as I know that part of the work that I am to do for Spirit is Platform work. Platform work is when a Medium gives a demonstration of their Mediumship skills, giving messages from passed over loved ones to those still here on earth. I feel very priviledged that this is part of what I am here to do and also very priviledged to have the support and mentorship of two excellent mediums who have been clear channels for spirit for many years.
I am currently 'sitting' with a local medium who is teaching me how to refine and improve my skills and look forward to meeting with her every fortnight....There is always something new to learn!
This week through meditation we were taken on a journey to a beach in Greece many many years ago. Our guide took us to a beautiful Greek temple which had statues of all the Greek Gods and Goddesses in it. In the centre of the temple was a circular area which was beautifully designed pattern of mozaic tiles in a beautiful blue. As we looked up to the ceiling we could see a dome which was equally as beautiful. This dome opened and we were able to see into the night sky. I was reminded that we are all connected to the universe as well as the earth and that we are all connected to each other and everything. I was told that as above so below and then we have balance and harmony but it is when we lose the connection to the divine that we lose the balance and harmony that we need in our lives. We are spiritual beings in a human body and because of this are made of energy as is everything around, above and below us. We are therefore all connected.

For me it was a profound reminder that connecting with our Higher Selves, Father Mother God , Great Spirit(or whoever you want to call him/her) and our Guides is as important as going to the supermarket to buy food. Meditation allows us to make this connection and when we incorporate meditation into our daily lives our own life becomes balanced and harmonious. We are able to find the answers to all the trials and tribulations that come before us and we are then able to grow as Spiritual Beings. This is the real reason that we are all here. Meditation is not a difficult process. It is just a way of relaxing body and mind so that we can focus on our spirit. Keeping our Spirit healthy is as important as keeping our mind and body healthy for us to be able to experience a true sense of health and wellbeing.
Try meditating yourself.....You will be surprised how much calmer you become asyou incorporate it into your every day life. Answers to difficult situations will come easily and you will notice your creative skills developing. We all have the ability to connect....its just that a lot of us have forgotten how to do it!

Past Life Experience

I went to visit a friend who lives in Hastings yesterday and had a really weird experience. My friend is a very experienced Medium and she took me down to her local woods because she didnt like the energy there. She had picked up some info but didnt want to tell me until I had experienced the energy.
As we got closer to the wooded area I told her I didnt like the energy either. It felt heavy and oppressive to me. Once on the edge of the woods I became panic stricken! I suddenly started looking around as if I wanted to hide. I felt as if I was a woman in the late 1400's or early 1500's. I became out of breath and felt as if I had been running. 'I have to find somewhere to hide.' I told my friend. 'I'm going to be surrounded There's nowhere for me to go!' I looked her straight in the eye and told her I couldnt stay there any longer. As we walked back to her house all sorts of emotions were running through me. Later that evening we linked into that life again psychically. I saw that I was being chased because I hadd been accused of being a witch. There were 6 men chasing me. They caught me in the woods, gagged me and bound me up with a piece of rope. I was then bludgeoned with a big tree branch mainly over the head and strangled. Only 2 of the men hit me....one of which I recognised as being a relative in this life. Of the four standing around watching, I recognised one as being someone I had had a relationship with 10 years ago. I felt battered and bruised. I was left for dead but was still breathing just when they went. I knew I had been a clairvoyant and healer in those days too. The friend I was with was the person who found my dead body. We had been very close in that life and she realised that I was missing and had gone looking for me but was too late when she got there.

As I left the woods my head started to pound. Its the worst headache I have ever had and I had to ask Archangel Raphael to come and give me some healing. This morning when I got up I was stressed out....this went after spending some time in a bit of the countryside that I like and enjoy being in.

So what did we learn from this.........I was wrongly accused of something and an injustice was done. I realised that this may have some bearing on my relationships with men. I also realised that it probably explains why I feel threatened by witches and also why I have always been very careful as to who I have told that I am a medium.
I have had a huge release of emtions that have been stuck for a very long time. I feel there is more to learn from that lifetime and will probably do a regression into it to investigate it a bit more.

I also want to go back as it may be that part of the reason I had to be taken there was to retrieve a part of my soul. I know that returning cannot hurt me as it is a life that has been and gone btu care should be taken when doing soul retrieval and I will be with my experienced friend when I do it.....watch this space!

Past Life Regression Therapy

I have recently rekindled my interest in Past Lives through doing my own past life work to understand issues and relationships in this life and through seeing Past Lives in Reiki I have done on Clients. I have always felt that there had to be a reason for us being here and having been brought up in a very religious home (my father was a Vicar!) I was brought up to believe that when we die our soul lives on. My knowledge is much greater now and I realise that we have many many lives in order for our soul to grow and eventually reach enlightenment.

The whole subject fasinates me and as I delve more and more into it, it makes so much perfect sense. I now look at life as a school of learning and I realise that I am here because I wanted to learn certain things and experience certain emotions.

My life has been full of learning experiences and quite stressful at times but I can now see that this has happened so that I could grow as a person and so that my soul could grow.

In my role as a healer I am able to understand and empathise with people dealing with stressful issues so I am very thankful for the experiences I have had in this life as it means that I can lead a life of service to others.

I have recently done several regressions and can see that some of the people that have come into and out of my life this time have been with me before. I can also see that things I have experienced in this life time have happened before with the same people and now is our chance to change things and really learn from the situations we find ourselves in.

I now know that if I dont learn everything I planned to this time I can come back again to revisit those lessons and there is no fear of hellfire and damnation!. I have found that knowing that we are eternal has brought an inner peace to me and is making me strive to be the best I can in this life.

I am human as we all are so I dont always get it right! But whatever choices we make (and we have been given free will) there is always something to learn! You can always put a positive slant on a situation that appears very negative if you can see why you were in that situation and what you needed to learn. Investigating Past Lives can often bring light to a situation which you have no understanding of at the time. So why not try having a past life regression someime?

Opening Your Third Eye.

I have rcently read Doreen Virtues book 'How to Hear Your Angels' and found that whilst there was a lot of information that I was already aware of she describes some useful exercises to help you hear your Angels!

However the one exercise which really drew my attention was Doreens seven steps to Opening Your Third Eye .
In Doreens preamble to the exercise she talks about the different Clairs.....ie Clairaudience, Clairsentience, Clairvoyance and Claircognisant and how we all have the ability to use all of the senses but usually have one that is stronger than most.
For me it is Clairsentience that is my strongest sense. I feel things and when I am tuned into spirit I can describe them from the feel of them. The next strongest sense for me is Claircognisance which is when you just know something but may not be aware of where that knowing comes from. Then for me ist Clairaudience, where you hear things being given to you and finally Clairvoyance.

I have always said that I am not very visual......ooops I suddenly realised that I was blocking myself and need to release that block which I am doing with affirmations such as 'I am highly visual or I am profoundly Clairvoyant!'

I have also been aware for sometime that I can try too hard to get a visual picture which has a detrimental affect on my visual capabilities. I also know that at times I have closed my Third Eye as someone was trying to open it for me without asking my permission.

Doreens method of opening the Third Eye connected with me as she uses a clear quartz crystal to assist the procedure.

I decided to give it ago to see if I could improve and increase the numbers of visions that I do get and was pleasantly surprised at the effect it had on me.

I suddenly saw a man standing close to me all be it briefly and felt that he wasone of my guides.

I know I have some blocks to release as well as needing to work with Doreens suggestions but I feel sure I will be able to improve the visuals that I get after this first attempt.

Healing the Present through looking at the Past

Like most of us I have in the past had upsets with close relatives but unfortunately there is one person who refuses to meet me half way over something he got involved in years ago which was nothing to do with him.
He sees me as a negative judgemental person.......which many years ago I would agree I was ....most of the time! However a recent incident made me realise that I was dropping back into that behaviour pattern with him.....I needed to understand why so that I could change the way I react to him which would hopefully change the way he reacts to me! He has completely turned his back on me and refuses to meet me half way.

I used a meditation from DAvid Wells book Past Present Future to access the Akashic Records and found myself back in a life in Siberia (which I was already aware of from some healing that my Reiki Master and I did on me back in August last year). This person was my son and was stubborn, awkward and disrespectful. I watched as I was continually trying to guide him into being a more pleasant person but he didnt like me correcting me....he felt I was judging him.

I had a Reiki seeion today with my Reiki Master who asked for information on any past life with this person that was pertinent to the current issues. She was told that I was his wife in one life and he was a lot older than me. She felt I was his second wife and that his first wife had died. He accused me of having an affair with someone (interestingly someone who is very dear to me in this life and has just started reappearing in my life) but I wasnt having an affair with this man we were just good friends. I knew not to overstep the line. My Reiki Master felt that there were more feelings from the man but that I wouldnt allow things to happen as I was married. Anyway my husband turned on me completely overnight and kept doing and saying thing s to try and catch me out... a bit like he is doing in this life.

Armed with this knowledge, I realise that this is a very old behaviour pattern that both of us have brought through from previous lives. I feel that in this life this person is very resentful and jealous of me ( goodness knows why really!) and I can see that these emotions have been brought through and added to in this life.

I can see that I cannot change him but that all I can do is step back, continue to heal myself and send healing to him and those past lives. I have cut the ties which will have released the negative ties and is making it easier to break contact for the moment. As this person is a close family member I trust that one day we will resolve the issues between us but it will only happen if he is willing to heal himself.

Having this insight to one or two past lives can really change your perspective on things and help you to move forward in a more positive way. I know that now if he does anything that irritates me that I just wont react........and that will show me that I have healed my pain and negative feelings towards this person!

Past Lives and their Effect on our Current Life

I have just finished reading Many Lives Many Masters by Brian Weiss. A book I read maybe 5 years ago which first introduced me to the concept that we do not die but in fact have many many lives here on earth. Despite the fact I have read the book before and could remeber a lot of it I was captivated!

My interest in past lives has grown since I first read that book and I have found that since I have been attuned to Karmic Reiki I sometimes see past lives of my clients whilst doing their Reiki. It only seems to happen with some clients and what I have realised is that this information is given to me when it is important for their healing. For one client in particular her past life as a slave on the American plantations has given her a deep understanding of her current attitude to men and to her mother in this life. Having past lives explains why sometimes when we meet someone new we feel as if we have known them forever. How many times have you felt instant reconition and a connection with someone you have never met before? In fact you have met them before.....in a past life!

As a little girl I was terrified of dying but now that I understand that we have many lives and that all we do is make a transition from spirit to human and then back to spirit again before doing it all again has taken the fear of dying away from me.

I am curious as to the lives I have had and know that I have lived in Victorian and Edwardian times, that I have been a mother in Siberia and a teacher and governess before(which explains why my teaching skills and love of teaching have come naturally to me).

I have such a deep curiosity about past lives and how going back to them can lift the fears from people that I have decided to do a past life regression therapy course so that I can help people release their phobias and fears.

From my experience through Reiki so far it seems that traumatic experiences can be brought through to our current life and expressed as fears ( maybe a fear of heights or water, or spiders or snakes).

We can also bring through behaviour patterns that actually no longer serve us as with my client and her feelings towards men and her mother which affects her behaviour towards them.

Brian Weiss shows conclusively that these fears and behaviour patterns can be released using past life regression. I look forward to sharing my progress on the course with you and feel sure I will experience some amazing healing!

Cutting the ties really does work!

I have a client who was pretty sceptical about whether Reiki could help. She had tried lots of other therapies to no avail as her issues were deep seated and as I discovered during her first few Reiki sessions had connections to a past life as well as her current life.

As she wasnt progressing as quickly as I thought she would I talked to her about cutting the ties with a situation connected to her child hood, the past life and her close family in this life.

Once she understood what we would be doing and why she was more than happy to give it a go.........even though she was still sceptical about things.

We have spent several sessions cutting the ties between the situations and family members that have caused her a lot of pain followed by a shorter Reiki session.

To her amazement she has felt the shift in energies as tingling going down her legs during the cutting the ties meditation.

She is now noticing a change in herself........ she is much calmer than before and her relationships with her partner and children are improving.

I can see how much more relaxed she is, her eyes are sparkling where before they were dull and her energy feels much lighter. She no longer contacts me between treatments for reassurance that everything is ok.

I have combined Reiki with counselling her, using some life coaching techniques and cutting the ties and with her determination to do what it takes to feel better and her willingness to participate in her healing we have suddenly turned a corner.

Because her energy is a lot lighter she is now starting to feel spirit around her and is totally amazed at the power of healing with the combination of Reiki and other techniques.

Cutting the Ties

Whenever we establish a relationship we put out energetic ties to the person (connections between both energy systems). It doesnt matter what the relationship is to the other person, they may be a colleague a relative a friend, an acquaintance or lover, an energetic connection will have been made!

When a relationship falls apart it is often very painful because the energetic ties are being broken between the two people and need to be healed especially if the relationship has been a longstanding one. In this sort of situation the ties may be very thick (almost like ropes) and numerous.

When a person feels that their 'heart has been broken' it is because the pain they are feeling is the breaking of the ties between the two heart chakras.

Sometimes energetic ties remain between people and stop them from moving on with their lives. There are also occassions where there are a lot of negative energetic ties between people which affect their relationships. These ties can all be cut.

We also put out energetic ties to situations and these can affect the way we deal with things. Often making us continue to respond in a similar way to a similar situation which actually isnt the same and probably needs us to react in a different way.

When I feel it is necessary to cut ties between a person or a situation I always explain to my client that we are only cutting away the negative ties. We are not necessarily looking to 'cut ' the person or situation completely out of our life but cut the negative ties so that we respond in a different way with more love and compassion.

I personally use a short guided meditation to do this whilst working with Archangel Michael, Archangel Raphael and St Germaine of the Violet flame.

This is additional to a Reiki treatment , although usually the Reiki treatment is shortened as the Archangels provide a lot of healing.

The meditation is very powerful and the results can be quite profound!

What Reiki does!

Reiki releases negative blocks (thoughts, emotions or behaviour patterns) that no longer serves us.

It will leave you feeling more positive, more 'laid back' and energised. It relieves stress and anxiety (although it wont stop the stress coming into your life!) and will speed up the healing process of physical dis-ease.

It is deeply relaxing and will therefore help to relieve any tension we have built up in our physical body.

It relieves insomnia and encourages an inner calmness. Reiki also helps you to gain a greater understanding of who you really are.

Reiki can relieve physical and emotional pain.

It can also be used to heal situations that have been painful and calm people who are arguing.

Reiki can also be used on plants, animals and food.

Reiki is a positive energy that can do no harm.

It can be sent over distances (but you must always ask the higher self of the person you are sending it to if they are happy to receive it!)or to the past or future and will always ensure that whatever happens is for the highest good of all concerned.

Reiki can be sent to the car drivers in front of you when you are stuck in a traffic jam!

It can be used on cars or boilers that wont start! ( I got my boiler going on several occassions when it was playing up whilst I was waiting for a plumber to come and fix it!)

Reiki can be used for anything you want it to.........all you need to do is let your imagination flow!

What is Reiki?

When I talk to people about Reiki I ususally start off by explaining that everything is made of energy and has atoms that vibrate. A solid piece of wood atoms vibrate more slowly than a liquid such as water and the atoms of a liquid vibrate more slowly than the atoms of a gas. Even our thoughts and feelings are forms of energy...Have you ever walked into a room where there has been an argument? Often people will use the phrase "You could cut the air with a knife" in that situation. Thats because they are felling the build up of negative enrgy that has come from the argument.Equally when you walk into a room where there has been alot of laughter you can feel the happiness in there and you will find your own mood being lifted.

Reiki is positive energy that comes through as pure unconditional love and is the Universal Life Force energy that we all need to stay in a state of health and well being. It is channelled through the healer ie it comes in through the crown chakra (a chakra is an energy centre) in the head, down through the other major chakras to the heart chakra and out through the hands to the recipient. It may be a 'hands on' or 'hands off 'the body treatment. It is an intelligent energy which always goes to the root of the problem. It lifts out negative blocks replacing them with positive energy.

Reiki is thought to have originated in Atlantean times but the ability to use it was taken away with the fall of Atlantis. It was than rediscovered by Dr Usui who passed the ability to use it onto many people.

Reiki heals rather than cures and by that I mean that it goes to the root cause of the problem. I believe that most forms of dis-ease, whether they be mental or emotional are as a result of us harbouring negative emotions, behaviours and thought patterns which no longer serve us. These form negative blocks in our energy systems which can eventually manifest as physical or emotional problems.

Reiki is not a replacement for medical treatment but will speed up the healing process when medical treatment is required. However whilst medical treatment may cure a problem it doesnt usually get to the root cause of it. For example when we get a bout of tonsillitis a doctor will prescribe antibiotics which will clear the infection for us and cure the tonsillitis but it wont actually help us to understand why we got the tonsillitis in the first place. The Tonsils are part of the immune and lymphatic system and they act as filters monitoring our sense of reality. When our reality causes us to feel intense fear or anger and it becomes too much for us, the tonsils become inflammed. If our tonsils are removed it means that we have to find another way of dealing with our reality within ourselves.

If someone was having recurrent tonsillitis then Reiki will help to lift out the anger and fear that are causing the physical problem. It will give the person a better understanding of what is causing that fear and understanding and as long as they are willing to let go of the fear and anger will result in a reduction of the number of episodes of tonsillitis and help them to recover more quickly from a bout of it. They would still need medical treatment as well but over time would probably find that they needed medical treatment less often.

Reiki can be used for absolutely anything! The only time that I am aware of where care needs to be taken is if it is used over a fractured bone immediately after it has broken. Reiki will start the healing process off very quickly and if the fractured bone hasnt been properly aligned it will start to heal in the position it is in which could mean that the person would then need to have it broken again and aligned properly.

With broken bones Reiki is best used once it has been ascertained that the bone is in the correct position.

Saved by an Angel?!

One of the ladies on my mediumship course told us an amazing story that had happened to her that day!

She and her husband run a nursery and she was driving a lorry, taking produce to a market. The power steering suddenly went and the lorry died on her. somehow she managed to get it to the side of the road....without power steering in a lorry that was nigh on an impossibility. A man on a motor bike stopped and was gesticulating and shouting at her. She suddenly realised he was telling her to get out of the cab........the lorry was on fire!

The motorcyclist ran across the road and alerted the firebrigade at the fire station there (an amazing synchronisity!) . By the time the firemen got there to put the fire out it had put itself out.....Amazing!

The lorry was towed to a garage where there were burnt out lorrys.... the lady asked how long it took for those lorries to get like that..........1 minute she was told.

She was gobsmacked....."somebody was with me" she told the garage owner who agreed that must have been the case!

When she and her husband got the lorry home and looked under the bonnet the only evidence of the fire was a bit of soot on the inside of the bonnet ......there was no damage to the engine at all!

It was evident to us all that this lady had an angel helping her....if that lorry had exploded not only would she have died but it would have caused mayhem on the road as well as quite a few other casualtys.

It just goes to show how well we are protected and that if it isnt our time to leave the planet the angels will do whatever they can to stop that happening!!!!

Murder She Wrote!

I am currently doing an Advanced Mediumship course with local medium Phillip Kinsella. Its not only interesting but putting our skills to the test as well!

This week we were given a 'cold case' to work on. A 'cold case ' is a murder case where the police use mediums to help them solve it. The one we worked on this week had been solved, but it was our job to find out how the victim had been killed and where. It was an American case so that no one could have seen anything on the TV or read anything anywhere about it. We worked in pairs and were given a file with photos of 4 suspects and the victim.

It ws interesting how Tracy and I were drawn to one particular photo but as soon as we linked into the photo of the victim found that it was the person we had dismissed as being the most obvious as being the killer! Our conscious mind was telling us not to be so silly but our clairvoyance gave us the information we needed.

In our file we had been given a map and had to pin point where the victim was killed....we were spot on! and then I said to Tracey that I felt she had been taken somewhere else. I marked the vicinity and later found I had hit the right area!

We both felt very strongly that the victim knew her killer well and was in a relationship with him. We also felt that it was not premeditated but as a result of an argument which had got out of hand. We also felt the killer had a dual personality was controlling and very jealous and had manipulated the victim away from her family and friends. We also felt that the victim had come from a caring loving close knit family.

My hand kept going to my neck and I felt she had been strangled and her head bashed against a wall. Tracy agreed. We also felt that the killer had tattoos and Tracy picked up that his face wasnt hidden and then I got something very odd.!.....I kept picking up something about her teeth!
We also sensed that they didnt have any children and that she worked. We also felt that the murder had been committed with the killers bare hands!
Tracey also kept getting the number 4 and I got that she was murdered around April/May 2005

We didnt get everything about the murder but we were 95% right which was extremely good for a first attempt.

It turns out the killer had tattoos all over his face, was schizophrenic, controlling, jealous and possessive. He had manipulated the victim away from her family and friends and she had in fact been reported as missing! They were both of no fixed abode and had recently got engaged. The victim worked from time to time and had been badly beaten and strangled after an argument that had got out of hand. We were spot on with where she had been killed and then the body had been taken to a cave in the vicinity I had marked on the map!

She was murdered in April/May 2006 (so I was only a year out!) but the body wasnt found until the summer. It was found by 2 hikers in a cave in a shallow grave, naked with all her clothes folded neatly by the body along with a sleeping bag and pillow. The body was badly decomposed and had to be identified with her DNA.

I was the only person in the group (30 of us) who picked up on the teeth....it turned out that she had false teeth! I was gobsmacked!

And Traceys number 4....well it turns out it took them 4 years to track down the killer!

It was an amazing experience! After channelling of any sort I always clear my energy. It is particularly important in this kind of situation as I want to ensure that the spirit doesnt attach itself to me!

Next week we are doing an unsolved case although some information is known so watch this space!.......

Retreat relax and re-energise

My dream of running a Reiki Retreat is now becoming a reality! The weekend in June promises to be a wonderful relaxing and healing experience for all those who attend. I am delighted to have Kanti and Poppy joining me to help make this a wonderful experiential weekend.
Kanti is a sound healer and uses the Gong along with her voice and many other beautiful instruments to take you on the most amazing sound journey! It just has to be experienced to understand the healing ability of sound!
Poppy teaches yoga and the sessions she will do will be suitable for the complete novice as well as the experienced.
I will be leading the meditation sessions and the Reiki share/energy exchanges. it doesnt matter if you are not Reiki attuned as long as you are willing to offer a therapy you are trained in in exchange for some Reiki.

Spring....A Time For New Beginnings!

Spring heralds the end of Winter and as the trees start to bud and daffodils, crocuses and tuplips start to flower, they remind us that Summer is on its way!
This year Spring and the chance for New Beginnings has a special emphasis for me as I have just been made redundent from my fulltime sales job! I can now focus on what I love.....helping people through Reiki, meditation and crystal healing. I also plan to do a bit of Hospice Nursing as well as I feel honoured to be able to help people through the last stages of this earthly life before they make their transition.

Its a new and exciting time for me as I am learning to Blog, setting up a business facebook account and developing new workshops as well as being able to start actioning things on my business plan that I havent had time to do.

At last I will be able to get the work life balance that I have been craving for and will have the time to share my experiences of working with Spirit through Reiki, Meditation and Mediumship with you. So watch this space...........!
